I am a real estate and architecture photographer based in Williamsburg, VA and available throughout the Hampton Roads area.

After 23 challenging yet rewarding years in the Air Force I have decided to follow my passion, photography. In all of my moves throughout those 23 years finding the right house has always been one of the most stressful parts. With limited time, and often home searching from a distance, I realized that quality, professional photos were the most important part of my search. The problem that I had was most properties were shot using cell phones and did not make the home stand out, Properties with professional photos always hooked me in!

 

With nearly all home buyers using the internet as part of their home search, listing photos are a critical factor in the selling price of the home, how quickly it sells, and whether it sells at all.  

 

So I'm here to help! I offer professional real estate photography using a mix of flash and ambient lighting to deliver a high end product without taking shortcuts. I am reliable, flexible, and most of all I understand the time constraints and concerns that realtors and home buyers face.
